Homemade easy blinis


A basic recipe but just perfect with butter, salmon, dill and lemon. Or the topping of your choice 🙂 Super soft!

Ingredients: around 16 medium blinis

  • 150 g greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g flour
  • Baking powder
  • Salt


  1. Mix all the ingredients together. If you have time, let it stand in the fridge for some time but it’s optional.
  2. Lightly oil a frying pan. Heat it over medium heat then cook the blinis by pouring small ladles of dough.
  3. When they make holes, turn them over.
  4. Serve immediately (much better) or reheat them before.
  5. Excellent with any topping!
