A basic recipe but just perfect with butter, salmon, dill and lemon. Or the topping of your choice 🙂 Super soft!
Ingredients: around 16 medium blinis
- 150 g greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 100 g flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together. If you have time, let it stand in the fridge for some time but it’s optional.
- Lightly oil a frying pan. Heat it over medium heat then cook the blinis by pouring small ladles of dough.
- When they make holes, turn them over.
- Serve immediately (much better) or reheat them before.
- Excellent with any topping!
