Zucchini, feta and rosemary tarte Tatin



  • 1 puff pastry
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 100g feta
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Oil a tart pan. Spread the honey in the bottom with the back of a tablespoon. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Distribute half of the zucchini in the pan. Lightly salt and pepper. Add the diced feta cheese. Chop the rosemary leaves and distribute them over the zucchini and feta. Cover with the remaining zucchini. Salt and pepper.
  3. Cover the zucchini with the puff pastry sheet and make a few holes with a fork. Remove excess dough if necessary.
  4. Bake the tatin for about 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, let it set for 5min then unmold and serve hot with a green salad.
