Ingredients:
- 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 30 g of cornflour
- 40 g stevia
- 200 g of pastry chocolate (between 50 and 70%)
- 200 g grated zucchini
- 4 eggs
- A little vanilla extract
Preparations:
- Start by breaking the chocolate into pieces and melt it 2 x 1 minute in the microwave, smooth the preparation.
- Peel the zucchini and grate it finely, don’t need to drain.
- Separate the whites from the egg yolks, and whisk the yolks with the stevia and vanilla.
- Add the cocoa powder, mix, then add a little zucchini
- Then add the corn flour and the melted chocolate cools, mix.
- Add the remaining zucchini, mix again.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff, and incorporate them delicately into the mixture, lifting the dough well to keep the air bubbles.
- Place in a non-stick pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C
