Ingredients: 4 toasts
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 figs
- 100 g fresh goat cheese
- Honey
- Rosemary
- Salt & pepper
- Walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Toast the bread. Put aside.
- Cut the figs in such a way that it makes a cross (as on picture). Place them on the oven rack covered with parchment paper.
- Garnish every fig with 25 g of goat cheese.
- Place a sprig of rosemary on top of each fig. Add some salt and pepper.
- Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Until the cheese melts and becomes golden.
- Remove from the oven and place figs on toasts.
- Add a bit of honey on top and walnuts if you like.
- Enjoy with a salad!
