Corn fritters


  • 125 g cream corn can
  • 125 g sweet corn kernels drained
  • 150 g wholemeal flour
  • 125 ml milk (can be almond)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt and peper
  • Aromatic herbs (coriander, basil…)


  1. Whisk milk and eggs together.
  2. Add the cream corn, sweet corn kernels, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, herbs and mix.
  3. Heat a frying pan with oil.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into pan and cook until golden on each side.
