Chocolate mousse

Ingredients: 4 servings

  • 5 eggs
  • 175 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla aroma


  1. Melt the chocolate (2 times 1 min in the microwave).
  2. Stir through the egg yolks and the vanilla aroma. Set aside. 
  3. Beat egg whites until firm and very delicately fold them in the chocolate batter.
  4. Spoon into individual pots or a larger dish, chill until firm. At least 3 hours.
  5. Serve with chocolate shavings on top.
