Banana oats cookies (3 ingredients)

Ingredients:

  • 135 g rolled oats
  • 2 medium banana
  • Your choice of topping: melted dark chocolate, Nutella, peanut butter…

Preparations:

  1. Using the back of a fork, mash bananas in a medium bowl until they are broken down. Add in oats and gently stir until all of the oats and bananas are mixed together and look like a thick cookie batter.
  2. Scoop one heaping tablespoon of the dough into your hands and free form into a cookie. Place on oven rack lined with baking paper.
  3. Cook for 12-15 minutes at 180 ° C or until set through and lightly golden.
  4. Let them cool before removing them from the rack.
  5. Then add what you like on it, peanut butter, Nutella, honey, melted chocolate (in this case it’s even better when the chocolate has set again). It’s also very tasty on his own!
  6. You can also add dry ingredients in the batter before cooking them: chocolate chips, coconut flakes, nuts, dried fruits…
