Ingredients: 9 pancakes
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 135 g rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparations:
- Mix all together in a large bowl.
- Cook in a pan for 2-4 minutes.
- Serve with maple syrup or whatever you like!
