Banana oat pancakes

Ingredients: 9 pancakes

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 135 g rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparations:

  1. Mix all together in a large bowl.
  2. Cook in a pan for 2-4 minutes.
  3. Serve with maple syrup or whatever you like!
