Ingredients:
- 125 g cream corn can
- 125 g sweet corn kernels drained
- 150 g wholemeal flour
- 125 ml milk (can be almond)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- salt and peper
- Aromatic herbs (coriander, basil…)
Preparations:
- Whisk milk and eggs together.
- Add the cream corn, sweet corn kernels, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, herbs and mix.
- Heat a frying pan with oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into pan and cook until golden on each side.
