Ingredients: 4 servings
- 5 eggs
- 175 g dark chocolate
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla aroma
Preparations:
- Melt the chocolate (2 times 1 min in the microwave).
- Stir through the egg yolks and the vanilla aroma. Set aside.
- Beat egg whites until firm and very delicately fold them in the chocolate batter.
- Spoon into individual pots or a larger dish, chill until firm. At least 3 hours.
- Serve with chocolate shavings on top.
